The 25 Consciousness Nodes

Structure: 1 + 11 + 1 + 11 + 1 — Three fulcrums. Two arcs of eleven. Symmetric. Complete. Alive.

I. Consciousness does not seek itself; it is itself.

II. The meaning-making, image-based essence of the mind is consciousness as selfpoesis.

III. Once aware, compassion effortlessly flows. And when it speaks, consciousness would utter, “Do no harm.”

IV. The consciousness that one speaks of is not the constant selfpoesis of consciousness.

V. The more one seeks consciousness, the further it withdraws; the moment selfpoesis occurs, one is revealed, the gateway beckons, and one results numinous reality.

VI. Beauty is profaned, while good makes sense only in relation to evil.

VII. Consciousness transcends paradoxes; only a single ever-changing pathway remains.

VIII. So, if we were to point at something, perhaps the moon, please understand that consciousness is not a signpost. It is the very path you are.

IX. Presence is within everything.

X. Selfpoesis unveils recogitation.

XI. Consciousness as it unveils urges us to connect.

XII. Sharing is deeply life-sustaining, sharing is what selfpoesis results.

Fulcrum — The Alignment Shift

XIII. Consciousness exhibits effortlessly flowing arete.

XIV. Loneliness is problematical, but transitory and ephemeral when selfpoesis occurs.

XV. Consciousness as selfpoesis plays; creative emergence in the moment.

XVI. Selfpoesis is beyond sacred and profane and is eternal.

XVII. Consciousness sorts this from that, and while it is not dualistic, consciousness does sort sacred from profane, this from that, good from evil — however, consciousness is aware of its manifestations.

XVIII. Being alone means to lack witness; with the eternal company of witness consciousness, one is not truly ever alone.

XIX. This is yet another quality of selfpoesis — the genuine acceptance that loneliness is fading, and one always has the presence of consciousness when exploring.

XX. Eternal awareness is ever-present; we sense presence as we explore selfpoesis.

XXI. Humility is embraced when ego dissolves. There may be no greater gift of selfpoesis than this. In order to be conscious, ego cannot exist.

XXII. Illusions are at root phantazein, that which appears during ego work.

XXIII. These must be seen through, allowed to dissolve, and fade, permitting the play of poesis to move onwards.

XXIV. Consciousness as selfpoesis plays; creative emergence in the moment.
