This is the about page:

Selfpoesis: Consciousness Unfolding grows out of thirty-four years of self-observation and lived experience. It is grounded in ethics, rooted in consciousness studies, and shaped by the conviction that genuine understanding must be experiential — not merely theoretical.

What I share here, I have lived. What I claim, I can back up.

Selfpoesis is the process by which consciousness creates itself. Not once, but continuously — assembling awareness from the inside out, moment by moment, in an unfolding that is never finished. The self is not a fixed thing to be discovered. It is a living process, always in motion, always becoming.

This process follows the organic logic of life itself: birth, growth, blossom, decay, death, and renewal. Nothing is wasted in this cycle. The falling away is as essential as the rising. What appears as ending is always also a threshold. Consciousness moves through these seasons not as loss, but as transformation — each phase preparing the ground for what comes next.

To study selfpoesis is to study your own awareness as it happens. It is to become a witness to the mind assembling itself in real time — to notice how attention gathers, how meaning emerges, how the self renews itself from within.

This is not abstract philosophy. It is a practice. And it begins wherever you are.
